What really makes me happy is supporting good people, to support themselves, to achieve what they thought they couldn’t, before they really need it.

People don’t hear trees grow. They only hear them fall. It’s been my life-long mission to flip this.

I instinctively click with Arrisan’s values and ethos by naturally wanting to make peoples’ worlds better, one person, one thought, one behaviour at a time. That and Arrisan’s approach to addressing real peoples’ real challenges. I’ve seen first-hand the transformation this has on people and organisations and I want more people to benefit.

An important lesson that I learned young, working with senior leaders, is ‘people are people’ and everyone at every stage or age needs the same deep understanding, empathy and supportive challenge to really thrive. Plus simple, no-nonsense, practical tools to get them there.

I’ve been told my value lies in connecting deeply with individuals, spotting what teams need, and shaping practical people strategies that support the entire organisation. Throughout my career I’ve found I’ve worked exclusively in high-pressure cultures going through change.I naturally gravitate to the heart of major challenges, working quickly to improve things in pragmatic, people-first ways.

I’ve worked with lots of opposites. Senior leaders to early career students. Contrasting industries. And lots of countries and cultures. My experience and academic research bring me back to the principle that we have more in common than we have that separates us. Being able to add my expertise and insight to theirs is where I’ve seen life-changing growth happen.

In my work as an executive coach and business psychologist, I support senior leaders, executives and founders to navigate the moments that matter most in their careers. This includes leadership transitions, stepping into board-level roles, and building the confidence and clarity to lead through complexity and change.

My coaching is grounded in occupational psychology and evidence-based practice, using psychometric insight and structured reflection to help individuals understand what is driving their behaviour and make meaningful, lasting shifts. The focus is always practical, strengthening how people lead, make decisions and communicate day-to-day.

Across both individual coaching and organisational work, the aim is the same: to create the conditions for people to perform at their best, in environments that are often demanding, high-pressure and constantly evolving.
