Early Career Lawyers
What it is
The firm funds an early career lawyer on Be A Happy Lawyer®. The programme is designed for lawyers in commercial firms up to the point where they become a supervisor: junior associates, trainees, solicitor apprentices and paralegals. Typically the 3 year PQE point in UK firms.
What makes it different
Be A Happy Lawyer® is unique, independent and high value/cost effective programme specifically designed to meet the needs of early career lawyers. Eight online modules are spread over a six month period, all taking place before 09:30 (GMT) on Fridays. There are two options: the standard group coaching package and the full package which includes additional one-to-one coaching. You can find more detail on the Be A Happy Lawyer® page of the website.
