Executive Review

What it is
Executive Reviews are a unique solution for organisations. We provide a place for expert-led support in high-risk situations and coaching won’t solve it.

Employee Relations issues can weigh heavily on those directly involved, as well as on HR, Legal and leaders. Our structured, supportive and thorough conversations help people make sense of the situation, make good judgement calls, and take away useful learnings. Whether it’s a short assignment or a longer series of sessions, we help people stay on track while reducing risk. An Executive Review is for anyone involved in the situation — it does not imply fault.

The approach is bespoke and adapted to the situation and organisational goals. Executive Reviews distil HR and employment law expertise, leadership experience, coaching techniques and personal development with our powerful tools. It is not coaching and it is not advice. Think of using an Executive Review in situations with a risk element that are not suited to coaching, such as to provide someone with independent expert perspective to unpack a sensitive situation, increase awareness, pick up essential skills or draw a line.

Purpose
To address issues at source, without cutting off individuals, when coaching isn’t enough and might even make it worse.
