As Head of Training for the Employment team at Baker McKenzie, I was incredibly lucky to partner with some of the UK’s leading employers. I loved implementing training solutions that genuinely addressed their business-critical capability gaps across different populations. Time and again, I found that progress could be made surprisingly quickly with a combination of engagement, real expertise and authentic connection.
Above all, I’m a people person, and I’m well known for bringing positive energy and enthusiasm into a room. Those who know me well will tell you that my love of all things theatre means that I am never happier than when on stage, whatever form that takes! And having taken a one-woman show to the Edinburgh fringe festival in the summer of 2024, I was certainly able to hone my skills in holding a room!
