Purpose is a core motivation for me, so I need to see a significant impact from what I do.
I have always loved helping professionals and organisations to excel ― it has been the focus of my career. They bring a drive for excellence. I bring expertise and a different perspective on how to achieve their objectives. Putting those things together can make a life-long difference. For example, the Be A Happy Lawyer® programme is transformational because it puts people in the driving seat of their growth and career, regardless of their situation.
Working closely with senior leaders has taught me that people at the top of their game expect to work with people at the same level in their field. They judge quality instantly. If you are taking them away from the day job, it had better be relevant and genuinely helpful. More than that, it has to be delivered by someone who has the experience, credibility and skillset to connect with them. My work here ticks all those boxes, and is with great people, which is why I wouldn’t do anything else.
Away from work, you’ll find me out in nature, exploring the world or catching up with friends.

Culture + Change | Developed training programmes to enable leaders to implement and embed change, conduct listening exercises to review, and refresh and enhance organisational culture.
Partner | Designed partner induction programmes, designed a curriculum to support partners throughout their careers, coach new partners and facilitate partner workshops.
Associate + Counsel | Facilitated development sessions, and coached and mentored associates. Designed mentoring programmes.
Performance + Wellbeing | Implemented a global business planning process for senior associates, developed a 360-career development approach for Asia Counsel, established a three-level mental health support programme.
Belonging + Inclusion | Developed programmes to support junior female lawyers and coached female associates on the programmes.
Engagement + Development | Designed talent development strategies, designed and delivered a range of training programmes to support people at all stages of their career, including on management and leadership.
Strategy + Planning | Advised on strategic growth projects for a number of European law firms, including mergers.
