How to get the most out of the programme

Tips to help you prepare for the sessions:
Before each session, take a few moments to get yourself set up so you can make the most of your time. A little preparation helps you arrive feeling calm, focused, and ready to engage.
Before joining a live session, check that you have:
Reliable internet connection
Zoom installed and working
Quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be overheard or interrupted
Notebook and pen (or digital notes) ready
Time to review the session content
Pre-programme survey
Link to survey and explanation of why it is important to complete
Book in your 1:1 session with your facilitator
Explanation of purpose of session, when to book, and link to Bookings page for relevant facilitator
Worksheet / reflection exercise
Explanation of and link to any optional pre-programme exercises
